Overview
Morety is a furniture e-commerce platform focused on environments and decor. Through market research and the store’s NPS results, I identified that clarity, visual consistency, accessibility, and a positive purchasing experience should be the key design goals for the project.
My role
I designed the UX and UI of the website. I mapped out core users flows, created mockups and prototyped the UI, focused in a responsive experience, so our user could get the best experience on web and mobile.
I worked closely with a cross functional team of brand designers, developers, and marketing experts to bring the project to life for our client.
Results
User tests indicate that the new interface is expected to lead to a 50% increase in sales, driven by more intuitive and seamless navigation. Additionally, the improved user experience is projected to significantly reduce cart abandonment rates, reflecting greater engagement and user trust throughout the purchasing process.
